Rangers, the time has come to forge a new tradition! Join us for the first-ever Dunedain Rangers Annual Guild Gathering, an epic weekend of adventure, fellowship, and unforgettable memories.

2025 Inaugural Event – Oklahoma City

📅 Dates: September 12-14, 2025
🏨 Hotel Stay: Staybridge Suites, OKC
🎡 Event: Experience the excitement of the Oklahoma State Fair
🌊 Adventure: A Riversport Day Trip on 9/13, featuring kayaking, tubing, and more! (Meals included for this day.)

How to Join:

🎟️ Win Your Spot! Two lucky members will be selected for a free stay—just cover your travel to and from OKC!  Drawn in July to  allow time to plan travel.
💰 Full Weekend Buy-In: Up to 10 additional members can join for only $175 (plus travel costs), which covers hotel, activities, and meals on 9/13.
🌊 Day-Trip Only Option: For those already in the area, or who can’t stay the whole weekend, join us for just the Riversport adventure and meal on 9/13 for $56 per person!

This marks the beginning of an annual tradition, where we will gather in different locations each year to celebrate our guild, strengthen our bonds, and create epic memories. Be part of the first chapter of this journey!

If all available spots fill up and there is enough additional interest, we may consider expanding the group size!

However, this will depend on our ability to modify our group package with Riversport and Staybridge Suites. We encourage anyone still interested to reach out to Rev to express their interest. If an expansion is possible, we will update everyone accordingly.
